One case of dystonia musculorum deformans in 12 years old Korean boy followed encephalitis is presented.
After having symptoms of epidemic encephalitis such as high fever, chillness, speech disturbances, unconsciousness and convulsion for about a week hypertonus and sometimes interniittent spasms of the flexor muscles of left upper extremity appeared spontaneously.
